Banned-It was created as a space for people who’ve had their voices restricted, posts removed or creative work silenced elsewhere. Here, the goal is simple: share freely, connect honestly and create without fear of censorship. Our forums are open to everyone including artists, writers, musicians, developers, thinkers and fans alike. If you’ve ever had a subreddit or online community shut down without reason, this is your new home. We especially welcome AI-assisted and AI-generated content and at Banned-It you are openly invited to freely promote yourself and your creations.

At Banned-It we believe everyone should be free to take part in our community whether you prefer to remain private or be more public. For that reason our groups are public so everyone can view the activity but to post or comment you do need to sign up or log in. Importantly, when you sign up, you are free to choose how visible you want your profile to be as follows:

 

Private Profile - only your name and profile picture are visible to others.

You can post, comment and join discussions but your details remain completely private.

 

Public Profile - share more about yourself and others in the community.

Great for creators and members who want to collaborate and grow their presence and showase their work.

 

Please note that you can switch between private and public anytime in your profile settings. Whatever you choose, you will always be welcome to post, share and be part of the Banned-It community!
